About The Glow Project

Hi, I’m Kira — author of The Chakra Garden, creator of Sparkle Academy, and founder of The Glow Project.

What started as a personal awakening slowly grew into something much bigger: a reminder that healing, connection, creativity, and compassion matter deeply in the world we live in today.

Like many people, I reached a point in life where I realized I was carrying outdated patterns, fears, stress, disconnection, and ways of thinking that no longer aligned with the person I wanted to become. I began asking myself deeper questions about healing, purpose, emotional wellness, community, and what it truly means to feel connected — to ourselves, to each other, to nature, and to whatever we personally believe is the source of life.

Along that journey, I was reminded of an old teaching often described as “feeding the right wolf.” The more energy we give to fear, anger, division, hopelessness, and disconnection, the more those things grow. But the more we nourish love, compassion, curiosity, creativity, kindness, community, healing, and wonder… the brighter our lives begin to feel.

That realization became the seed for The Glow Project.

We started The Glow Project with a mission to create spaces for healing, connection, creativity, and regenerative living — because we believe people thrive when they feel connected to themselves, each other, and the Earth.

At its heart, The Glow Project is about remembering something simple, yet powerful:

The light within us is never truly lost.

Sometimes life dims it. Sometimes grief, stress, trauma, fear, burnout, or disconnection make us forget it’s there. But it can always be nurtured again. Through community. Through creativity. Through nature. Through storytelling. Through healing. Through kindness. Through love.

That inner light — that connection to ourselves, our communities, and the source of life that flows through all things — is what I call our glow.

My debut book, The Chakra Garden, was created as part of that mission. Through magical storytelling, emotional exploration, imagination, and wonder, the story gently encourages readers to reconnect with themselves and remember that there is still beauty, magic, healing, and light within them.

But this is only the beginning.

The Glow Project is continuing to grow into a creative and community-centered ecosystem rooted in storytelling, emotional wellness, regenerative living, imagination, nature, and human connection.

Some of the branches of this vision include:

Sparkle Academy Bookshelf

A growing collection of books, stories, educational tools, and creative experiences designed to support emotional wellness, imagination, curiosity, mindfulness, and kindness for children and the inner child in all of us. What began as a vision for physical healing gardens and regenerative community spaces eventually became something deeper: the realization that the most important garden anyone can explore is the one within themselves. Through magical storytelling experiences like The Chakra Garden and future titles including The Rhythm Remembers, Gaia’s Heartbeat, The World We Dream, and more, Sparkle Academy invites readers to reconnect with their emotions, creativity, imagination, inner light, and sense of wonder — reminding us that stories can become doorways to healing, connection, and self-discovery.

Chakra Pop-Up Experiences

Immersive wellness and community experiences designed to bring people together through storytelling, mindfulness, creativity, movement, sound, nature, and emotional connection in ways that feel magical, grounding, and deeply human. Originally imagined as a way to begin building the larger regenerative vision before having land, funding, or permanent spaces, the pop-ups became a way to plant the first seeds — creating accessible community experiences where people can gather, reconnect, explore mindfulness and intentional living, and experience what a more connected, creative, and emotionally nourishing way of living could feel like. Designed to feel welcoming, sensory-rich, playful, calming, and inspiring, the pop-ups blend wellness, imagination, nature, and human connection while helping grow community one gathering at a time.

The Regenerative Living Project

A long-term vision for scalable, community-centered spaces designed to help people reconnect with themselves, each other, and the Earth through wellness, creativity, sustainability, education, healing, and shared human connection. Beginning with small local gatherings and evolving into larger regenerative wellness hubs and future eco-conscious living communities, the project is rooted in the belief that healthier communities are created when people feel supported, connected, inspired, and in harmony with the world around them. It’s about creating spaces that nourish people emotionally, physically, creatively, and spiritually while encouraging more intentional, compassionate, and sustainable ways of living together.

The SWAP Project

A conscious living initiative focused on simple, meaningful swaps that support healthier homes, healthier bodies, and a healthier planet. Through non-toxic product alternatives, eco-friendly recommendations, mindful decluttering, community sharing, and intentional consumer choices, The SWAP Project encourages people to “feed the right wolf” by supporting companies, habits, and lifestyles rooted in wellness, sustainability, compassion, and care for one another. It’s about reconnecting with what truly matters, simplifying what we carry, and creating community through sharing, healing, and more intentional living.

Creative Branding & Design

Heart-centered visual storytelling, branding, and accessible design intended to help meaningful ideas, organizations, businesses, and communities communicate with clarity, beauty, authenticity, and purpose. Rooted in years of experience across public communications, creative media, branding, storytelling, community campaigns, wellness initiatives, and design, this work blends emotional intelligence, accessibility, and visual creativity to create experiences that feel human, calming, inclusive, and emotionally connected. Whether through books, branding systems, presentations, websites, social media, educational tools, or community projects, the intention is always the same: to use creativity and thoughtful design as tools for connection, understanding, healing, and positive impact.

At the center of all of it is one shared intention:

To help people slow down, reconnect, heal, create, and remember that the light within them has always been there.

Whether you found your way here through The Chakra Garden, Sparkle Academy, social media, or simple curiosity — I’m grateful you’re here.

Thank you for being part of this growing community.

Let’s continue planting seeds of compassion, creativity, healing, and connection together.
