Grounding a Dream: The Story Behind The Glow Project
If you've spent any amount of time with me, you've probably noticed that I'm a dreamer. I can spend hours imagining what a more connected, creative, healthy, and regenerative future could look like.
But what many people don't realize is that I'm also a builder.
One of the tools I've used throughout my life to better understand myself is astrology. Whether you see it as a spiritual practice, a psychological framework, or simply a symbolic language, I've found it to be surprisingly accurate in reflecting who I am and how I move through the world.
My chart is heavily influenced by Taurus energy, a sign known for its connection to nature, beauty, stability, and the ability to take ideas and make them tangible. Looking back, that theme has followed me throughout my life. I've always been drawn to helping people take large, complicated ideas and break them down into something practical, understandable, and achievable.
At the same time, I have strong placements associated with transformation, healing, communication, and education. When I read those descriptions, I can't help but smile because they sound remarkably similar to the work I've found myself doing over and over again—whether through community building, storytelling, design, education, advocacy, or now, The Glow Project.
The Glow Project wasn't born from a business plan. It began as a vision. A feeling. A question:
What if we created more spaces that helped people reconnect with themselves, with one another, and with the world around them?
Over time, that vision expanded into books, educational resources, regenerative living concepts, wellness experiences, community gatherings, and conversations about the future we want to create together.
If astrology has taught me anything, it's not that our future is fixed. It's that we each carry certain gifts, tendencies, and callings that ask to be explored. For me, those gifts seem to revolve around helping people grow, heal, learn, connect, and turn possibility into reality.
Whether that was written in the stars or shaped by life experience, I can't say for certain.
What I do know is that this work feels deeply aligned with who I am.
And perhaps that's the point.
The Glow Project is my way of bringing together everything I've learned about creativity, healing, community, education, and human potential—and planting those seeds in the real world.
One step at a time.
